A NURSE PRACTITIONER IS A REGISTERED NURSE who has successfully completed additional educational requirements (a minimum of a master’s degree) and has received training in diagnosing and managing common medical conditions. They work closely with your loved one’s physician and other members of the Grayson Home Health care team.
